What if I found a glitch or am having a problem with the website?
If you are having trouble with the website, please read this FAQ first. If you do not find a helpful answer, give us a call at 800-356-6230 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the issue is.
If you find any glitches, typos, incorrect product information, etc., you may also email the item code or page link to email@example.com and we will correct the inaccuracies. We have tried to be thorough while proofing the website, but it is very difficult to catch every single mistake, so we appreciate your cooperation.
What if I can't log in to my Gamaliel.com account?
When the website was updated in May 2011, we made every attempt to transfer all usernames, passwords and personal information from our old website. However, some of this information was unable to be converted. If you have trouble logging in, please use the "Forgot Password" option to try to reset your password first. If you still cannot log in, please create a new username and password to begin using from now on.
Why should I create a username/password instead of using the Guest checkout?
By creating a username and password, several additional customer service features will be available to you. You will have a complete order history in your account, more efficient tracking of your purchases and faster customer support should you have an issue with your order.
Customers using the guest checkout will still be able to track their packages as well as exchange/return merchandise, but additional options will be limited. For example, if you want to reference which type of ammo you have purchased in the past, you will need to create a username and password and place all orders through this account.
Why does a picture on the website differ from the item in the description?
We make every attempt to use accurate pictures of all items on our website. However, some manufacturers do not provide photos of every single item they offer and we must use a stock photo to represent a variety of their products. Please read all item descriptions before ordering to make sure the item is what you are looking for.
How much do you charge for Shipping/Freight?
Packages are shipped by USPS or UPS ground. Most orders over $50.00 receive free standard shipping. Some items are excluded from this promotion or may require additional charges. See the Sales & Promotions page for complete details.
What is Standard Shipping?
Standard shipping means we will ship your order at our discretion using the best method possible. For small lightweight orders, this is usually USPS. For larger orders, this is often UPS.
How do I track my order?
All website orders will be emailed a shipping notification for UPS or USPS when the order has shipped. Tracking information is available in each email. If you placed your order by phone, you will only receive tracking information if you have provided us an email address to send the shipping notification to.

Be sure to select "Track by reference number" and enter your order number in the reference number field.

Will I pay shipping on my backordered items?
No freight is charged on backorders when items have already shipped from the same order.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Powder, primers, ammo and most cleaning products will only be shipped UPS ground.
What procedure do I have to go through to purchase a firearm online?
When am I charged for an item on backorder?
You are charged for a backordered item when the item ships.
Is there a hazardous materials fee on loaded ammo?
No. Hazardous materials fees apply to powder and primers only.
Why haven't I received my catalog yet?
Catalogs are mailed in bulk mailings. This type of mailing takes 2-3 weeks to reach you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
At this time, only Kentucky and North Carolina residents pay sales tax.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.
How do I order if I do not have a credit card?
You can also pay using a check or money order. Please be advised that when sending personal checks your order will be held for 15 days to make sure the check clears the bank.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item; the return form is always shipped with your order.
How do I return an item?
Fill out the return form included in the package you received. If you have any questions, call our customer service department at 270-457-2825. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise approved by Gamaliel Shooting Supply's customer service personnel.
Why is there no order form in my catalog?
We feel that we can better serve you by speaking with you on the phone.
Do you sell new hulls?
We only sell once-fired hulls.
What are your retail store hours?
Our store hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM and Saturday 8AM to 1PM Central Standard Time.
Do you ship outside the US?
We accept international orders by phone only. We have a minimum order of $100.00 for all international orders and a $20.00 handling fee in addition to shipping costs. All international orders are held for 4 weeks before shipping to avoid chargebacks. We do not accept Paypal for orders.

Take this to Livingston, TN and turn left on Hwy 52 and go through Celina, TN. Go out of Celina about 8 miles to Moss, TN and turn right on Hwy 51 (this will take you to Tompkinsville, KY). At the second red light, turn left on Hwy 100 West. Go about 10 miles to Gamaliel, KY. As you come in to Gamaliel, stay right on 100 West and we are about 2 miles on the left.
Directions from Gamaliel Shooting Supply from Nashville I-40: Take I-40 to Exit 238 at Lebanon, TN. Turn left or North on 231. Go about 15 miles to 4-way stop and turn right on Hwy 25. This will take you to Hartsville, TN. Go through Hartsville, and 1 or 2 miles out of town turn left on Hwy 10 to Lafayette, TN. Turn right on Hwy 52 to Red Boiling Springs, TN. When you come into Red Boiling Springs, TN, you will turn left onto Hwy 56. Follow 56 through town about 1 mile and make a slight left on 56 again. There is a sign that says Gamaliel 7 miles. When you come into Gamaliel, go past the Dollar Store and turn left on Hwy 100 West. We are about 2 miles on the left.

Go out of Gallatin about 15 mile and; turn right on Hwy 52 to Lafayette and Red Boiling Springs. When you come into Red Boiling Springs, TN, you will turn left onto Hwy 56. Follow 56 through town about 1 mile and make a slight left on 56 again. There is a sign that says Gamaliel 7 miles. Turn right and go approximately 20 miles to Hwy 100. Turn left going east and we are about 8 miles on the right.
