1. How much do you charge for Shipping/Freight?
   Packages are usually shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Freight charges are based on item weight. When shopping on Gamaliel.com, simply add an item to your shopping cart, enter your zip code, and you will get an immediate shipping quote.
   
   
2. Can my order be shipped through the Post Office?
   If your item is less than $20.00 in value and weighs under 2 lbs, it can be shipped through the USPS.
   Note: Chemicals, ammunition and hazardous materials cannot be shipped through the Post Office.
   
   
3. Will I pay shipping on my backordered items?
   No freight is charged on backorders when items have already shipped from same order.
   
   
4. Are there any shipping restrictions?
   Powder, primers, ammo AND most cleaning products will only be shipped UPS ground.
   
   
5. What procedure do I have to go through to purchase a gun?
   1. Call or E-mail to check availability and purchase gun.
   2. Mail us a signed copy of an FFL(Federal Firearms License) from your local dealer.
   3. Once we receive the FFL and your payment, we will mail the gun to the FFL holder.
   
   
6. What if an item is out of stock and the order has already been placed?
   If an item is out of stock and your order has already been placed, you will be contacted by the end of the business day or you will receive an e-mail if the order was placed through the internet.
   
   
7. When am I charged for an item on backorder?
   You are charged for a backordered item when the item ships.
   
   
8. How many primers and powder can be shipped for 1 Hazardous Materials fee?
   As a general rule, one hazardous materials fee will cover the shipping of four 8 lb. containers of powder. You can substitute 5,000 primers for one 8 lb. container of powder. There may be some exceptions.
   
   
9. Is there a hazardous materials fee on loaded ammo?
   No. Hazardous Materials fees apply to powder and primers only.
   
   
10. Why are some gun companies' prices not listed?
    Some gun companies do not allow their prices to be published; therefore we ask that you please call for pricing.
    
    
11. Why haven't I received my catalog yet?
    Catalogs are mailed in bulk mailings. This type of mailing takes 2-3 weeks to reach you.
    
    
12. Do I have to pay sales tax?
    At this time, only Kentucky and Tennessee residents pay sales tax.
    
    
13. Which credit cards do you accept?
    We only accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
    
    
14. How do I order if I do not have a credit card?
    You can also pay using a check or money order, please be advised when sending personal checks your order will be held for 15 days to make sure the check clears the bank.
    
    
15. What is your return policy?
    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item; the return form is always shipped with your order.
    
    
16. How do I return an item?
    Fill out the return form included in the package you received. If you have any questions, call our customer service department at 270-457-2825. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise approved by Gamaliel Shooting Supply's customer service personnel.
    
    
17. Why is there no order form in my catalog?
    We feel that we can better serve you by speaking with you on the phone.
    
    
18. Do you sell new hulls?
    We only sell only once fired hulls.
    
    
19. Why doesn't your web site list your inventory?
    Sorry our web site is not directly linked to our inventory system. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
    
    
20. What are your retail store hours?
    Our store hours are Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 8 to 1 - Central Time.

      Take I-40 West to Cookeville/Algood Exit, which is Hwy 111 North. Take this to Livingston, TN and turn left on Hwy 52 and to go and thru Celina, TN. Go out of Celina about 8 miles to Moss, TN, turn right on Hwy 51 (this will take you to Tompkinsville, KY). At the second red light, turn left on Hwy 100 West. Go about 10 miles to Gamaliel, KY. As you come in to Gamaliel, stay right on 100 West and we are about 2 miles on the left.

      Take I-40 to exit 238 at Lebanon, TN. Turn left or North on 231. Go about 15 miles to 4-way stop and turn right on Hwy 25. This will take you to Hartsville, TN. Go thru Hartsville and 1 or 2 miles out of town; turn left on Hwy 10 to Lafayette, TN. Turn right on Hwy 52 to Red Boiling Springs, TN. When you come into Red Boiling Springs, TN, you will turn left on Hwy 56 again. There is a sign that says Gamaliel 7 miles. When you come into Gamaliel, go past the Dollar Store and turn left on Hwy 100 West. We are about 2 miles on the left.

      Take I-65 North to Hwy 386/Veterans Parkway. This will dead end on 31E, going north to and thru Gallatin. Go out of Gallatin about 15 miles; turn right on Hwy 52 to Lafayette and Red Boiling Springs. When you come into Red Boiling Springs, TN, you will turn left on Hwy 56 again. There is a sign that says Gamaliel 7 miles. When you come into Gamaliel, go past the Dollar Store and turn left on Hwy 100 West. We are about 2 miles on the left.

      Take I-65 South to Exit 53, Hwy 90 Cave City. Turn left on Hwy 90 to Glasgow, KY. When you come into Glasgow, turn right on 31E and go 3 or 4 miles and just before the Cumberland Parkway overpass at light, turn left on Trojan Trail. This road will dead-end on Hwy 249. Turn right and go approximately 20 miles to Hwy 100. Turn left going east and we are about 8 miles on the right.

      Take Hwy 231 North to Scottsville, KY. When dead ends, turn left on 100, going east. This will take you to the square at a 4-way stop, turn right on Hwy 100. Go straight about 1 mile and turn right on Hwy 98 to Brownsford/Fountain Run. Hwy 98 will dead-end on Hwy 100; turn left going east. We are about 14 miles on the right.
