Owner-supplied materials and responsibilities:
* Labor
* Porch steps and/or deck steps
* Electric and plumbing
* Foundation: (1) concrete at piers, (2) additional Pier PT Posts for sloped site
* Insulation for roof and floor
* Surface preparations, including sanding and staining
* Finish roofing, unless ordered with package
* Any interior cabinets, furniture, appliances and fixtures
Delivery: Cabins may be shipped directly from our suppliers in some cases. Allow additional time for delivery. Building site or un-loading area must be accessible to semi-trailers.
These Honest Abe cabin designs are not intended as residences, and are not designed to meet residential building codes. In the event that something of this intention is desired, local building code requirements will have to be checked before starting your project.
