• Pricing and Shipping Rates.
  Prices and/or shipping rates subject to change without notice. Please verify current prices when ordering. Typographic, photographic and/or description errors, or errors in shipping rates, in the catalog or on the Internet are subject to correction.
• BEFORE YOU BUY AMMO, PLEASE READ THIS...
  Gamaliel Shooting Supply does NOT warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry specific items offered on this site according to federal, state, or local laws. Before ordering any firearms, knives, bullets, powder, primers, loaded ammunition and long gun and handgun components, KNOW YOUR FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS. You must be of legal age to purchase the items listed above and be under no legal disability. A person placing an order for such items on this site warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime or domestic abuse or those chemically dependent.
• Freight. Shipment is by UPS. Freight calculations are based upon UPS zone charts and package weights.
• Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
• Returns/Exchanges. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days in resalable condition and show no signs of use or wear. Simply complete the return form included with your order and return to Gamaliel. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees or return postage. Note: 15% restocking fee on returns of special ordered items. For safety reasons, ammunition and hazardous materials CANNOT be returned unless hand carried to Gamaliel by customer.
• Defective/Damaged Merchandise or Lost Goods. Return defective merchandise directly to manufacturer for replacement/repair, NOT Gamaliel Shooting Supply. If merchandise was damaged in shipment, call Gamaliel immediately to file a damage claim. IMPORTANT: Do not discard packaging or contents until inspection is completed by the carrier or your claim will be refused. Multiple UPS package shipments may be separated, so please allow 3 working days after arrival of first package before calling.
• Hazardous Materials. All shipments of primers or powder will have the UPS hazardous materials charge added to the shipping cost. The charge is $20.00 per package. Powders and primers can be shipped with one hazmat fee. Some restrictions apply. Shipment is by UPS ground service only. Note: Be sure your order is correct when placing it, as powder and primers cannot be returned unless they are hand carried back to GSS.
• Guns. All guns (with exception of muzzleloaders) must be shipped to a FFL holder.  We must have the original signed copy of the FFL on file before shipment. Faxed FFL's are NOT acceptable. Contact us at 1-800-356-6230 or e-mail at info@gamaliel.com for gun and FFL information.
