We are going to try something new here at Gamaliel Shooting Supply – a blog! That’s right – we are jumping on the “blog” bandwagon! To be honest, most of us weren’t sure exactly what a “blog” was, but we know now, that a blog will help us keep you all up-to-date on everything that is going on here at Gamaliel Shooting Supply. So here I go – hope you enjoy!!
Since I am new at this, and I want to get you up-to-date, I am going to backtrack a little and tell you about what we have recently been doing. First of all, our Special Events Team, along with Renea, Geoff, and his wife, LaDonna, have been traveling to Sparta, Illinois, to our store at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex to attend various shooting events. They have really enjoyed meeting everyone, and right now, they are at the Grand American Trap Shoot. They headed to Illinois August 2nd. If you want to make sure we have something you need, give us a call, and we will make every attempt to take care of you. We will have a full line of our products there though, so if you don’t want to place a special order, just stop by and browse. We will help you find something that you can’t live without!
In addition to Sparta, we have also attended various shoots in Kentucky and Tennessee. If you would like to see pictures from these events, visit the Events and Happenings section of our website. We will try to post pictures from all the shoots we attend.
“Ready, Set, Pull”
Recently, we started a new program, and we are calling it the “Ready, Set, Pull” Program for youth shooting teams. We are offering special team discounts on items you need for target shooting. Gamaliel Fall Clays Classic
Last year, we held our First Gamaliel Fall Clays Classic in
Sparta, Illinois. This was the first major sporting clays shoot held at the new World Shooting and Recreational Complex. It was such a huge success that this year, we are doing it again. Plans are being made now for the 2nd Annual event. Donna and Terri, are the contacts for this event. They are working with Geoff Pare and Rick Archer, Co-Chairmen of the Gamaliel Cup and Gamaliel Fall Clays Classic, to make this year’s event even bigger and better. Well, I guess that just about covers the basics on major events, but just about every day there is something new at Gamaliel Shooting Supply. New products are arriving (check out the new product section of our website) quite frequently, and the sales staff is busy taking orders – keep them coming!
