2010 Gamaliel Cup Fall Shoot – September 17-19th!

The summer is winding down, and the Gamaliel Cup staff is getting ready for our fall shoot…. It’s only a couple of weeks away!

Registration for the shoot is up and running at AT THIS LINK for those who wish to register online. You can also call 800-356-6230 to register.

We believe this will turn out to be a great shoot at the Rockcastle Shooting Center in Park City, KY. Rooms at Park Mammoth Resort are available for only $78 per night! Call 270-749-4101 for more information.

Plus: Anyone who is preregistered for the Fall Shoot, and has booked a room at Park Mammoth Resort before September 5th, will be eligible to win a free year’s membership to the Rockcastle Shooting Center. Be sure to get your registration in and book a room before Sunday in order to qualify.

We have over $6,800 in the Gamaliel Trail Purse, so if you’ve played at least 2 Gamaliel Trail Options this year, you’ll be eligible for this added money at the finale!

We would also like to say thank you to all of our customers who supported us at the 2010 SCTP Nationals and the Grand American in Sparta, Illinois. Our shoot schedule and our traveling is winding down for the year, but we hope to see each of you next year at more shoots. Keep an eye on our events page as we set new dates for next year.

2010 Gamaliel Cup Results and Pictures

The Tennessee Clay Target Complex hosted the 2010 Gamaliel Cup this past weekend, from April 15-18. This was a great shoot, with over 500 registered shooters joining us for our 6th Annual Nashville shoot. Joey Bolton was our HOA Main Event Winner. Click here for complete results.

The Gamaliel Trail is off to a great start, with nearly $500 being added to the purse at the Gamaliel Cup. The total purse is now up to $5,490, and with 6 shoots to go, it will only keep growing!

We would like to congratulate all of the various event winners, as well as the gun winners. Tianna Sellin won the Blaser F3 shootoff, and Brian Ballman won a new Caesar Guerini Summit Sporting.

Gamaliel Shooting Supply has been keeping busy over the last several weeks. Gamaliel Cup is only a month away, and registration is almost full! Those of you who wish to reserve a spot need to call as soon as possible. 800-356-6230. This is going to be a great shoot, and is sure to have some of our highest payouts ever!

We are also clearing out a lot of gun inventory this month, and have listed several guns on Gun Broker. We’re also bumping up our listings of used guns on our website, so check out both for some great deals and specials!

For our local customers, we have updated our storefront, including a complete remodel of our gun vault. This has allowed us to display and stock more guns and offer a wider selection. Customers near Gamaliel, KY can stop in this Saturday, on March 20, from 8AM to 1PM. We are hosting an open house to see our work, and complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided. 2010 NWTF Convention

Gamaliel has been preparing this week for the 2010 NWTF Convention in Nashville, TN. We are going to be exhibiting from February 19th-21 at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center.

Gamaliel Shooting Supply will be in Booth #368 with some of our most popular items, as well as new products. We will be offering the i-Kam Xtreme 3.0 video glasses as well, which have been very popular through our website. Stop by booth #368 for an i-Kam xtreme demo and to check out our other great products.

Gamaliel will also be present in Booth #639 with Nikon Optics. Nikon will have sales representatives at the convention for demos and questions, while Gamaliel will handle retail sales for the convention. Stop by to check out the newest products from Nikon, and take advantage of our special NWTF pricing on Nikon optics during the show.

Lastly, we would like to invite all of our sporting clays shooters to join us on February 27th and 28th, when the Tennessee Winter Series makes a weekend stop in Kentucky. February 27th will be the Scottsville, KY event, held at Wagoner Mill Rd Sporting Clays. Gregg Piercey will also be offering a 50 target Super Sporting event alongside the main event in Scottsville.

Next, on February 28th, join us at Park Mammoth Resort for the first registered sporting clays shoot at the Rockcastle Shooting Center. This will be the inaugural event for the 15 station sporting clays course, designed and set by Bill McGuire. Hotel rooms are available, and the hotel restaurant will be open for dinner Saturday night, as well as Sunday breakfast and lunch.

Well, 2010 has gotten off to a hectic start. Gamaliel Shooting Supply has been keeping busy all month by planning shoots, working on new events, and visiting the 2010 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, NV last week.

The SHOT Show had lots of new products and specials for us, so be sure to keep checking our website and email specials for what we have in store for 2010. Expect to see new products, special closeouts, and more over the next few months!

This year’s shoot is going to be a Team USA Sporting Clays Selection Shoot, so we are sure to have better attendance and larger payouts than ever before!

And for those who need a little practice during the off-season, check out our new 15 station course at the Rockcastle Shooting Center at Park Mammoth Resort, designed and set by Bill McGuire. We will be hosting a Tennessee Winter Series event on February 28th, the day after the Wagoner Mill Rd event.
